Shipping methods: Your Local Florist offers two shipping methods: same-day delivery and next-day delivery. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM GMT on weekdays and before 12 PM GMT on Saturdays. Next-day delivery is available for orders placed after the same-day delivery cutoff times.

Delivery areas: Your Local Florist offers delivery within the London area. Specific delivery areas and fees are determined by postcode. Customers can check their postcode on the Your Local Florist website to determine if their delivery area is covered and the associated delivery fee.

Delivery times: Delivery times may vary based on order volume, traffic, weather conditions, and other factors outside of Your Local Florist's control. The florist will make every effort to deliver the flowers within the designated time frame. However, Your Local Florist is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Delivery confirmation: Once the flowers have been delivered, the florist will send a confirmation email to the customer. If the customer does not receive the confirmation email, they should contact Your Local Florist to verify the status of their order.

Order changes: Customers may make changes to their orders up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. After that, no changes can be made to the order.

Order cancellations: Customers may cancel their orders up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time. A cancellation fee may be charged for cancellations made after this time.

Substitution policy: Your Local Florist reserves the right to substitute flowers and other materials based on availability. The florist will make every effort to maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement while using similar flowers and materials.

Refunds and returns: Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the customer is not satisfied with the flowers or the delivery, they should contact Your Local Florist as soon as possible to discuss their concerns.

Compliance with regulations: Your Local Florist complies with all applicable shipping regulations, including those related to the transportation of flowers and other perishable goods.
Return & Exchange Policy {Number 6 in Terms and Conditions}
1 If for any reason you wish to change or cancel your order, subject to clause 1.2, please contact us via email: .................... and provide the following information:

Billing address of customer(s)
Name of recipient(s)
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date (we may need more notice around our busiest times, Christmas, Valentine’s and Mother’s Day)
1.2 We regret that you may not cancel an order for: (i) perishable goods once your order has been dispatched; or (ii) customised goods if, at the time you seek to cancel, the customisation process has begun.
1.3 In respect of non-perishable, non-customised goods you may cancel your order from the point at which you place your order until 14 calendar days after you have received your goods. If you exercise your right to cancel, you will be responsible for costs of returning the goods which must be returned within 14 calendar days of cancelling. You are not entitled to reimbursement of costs for enhanced delivery. Your Local Florist has the right to deduct an amount for diminished value of goods.
1.4 In the event that goods are to be returned please return them to: Customer Services Department, 37 Church Road , London, United Kingdom Your Local Florist and you will receive a full refund, subject to clause 1.3. In the event that goods purchased from a florist need to be returned, these should be returned to the premises of the florist delivering the goods.
1.5 You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
